Coach Manny’s 5:00 PM Fundamentals class teaches proper boxing technique in a structured, coached environment. Students develop a strong foundation through focused skill work, conditioning and repetition.

• Monday–Friday at 5:00 PM
• Stance, guard, balance and footwork
• Basic punching technique and combinations
• Defense, conditioning and ring awareness
• Open to beginner and developing boxers
