Coach Derek Collinsworth’s 2pm Pro Training Package is designed for boxers who are serious about sharpening their craft under a coach who knows the fight game inside and out. With years in the ring and in the corner, Derek focuses on building real skill — nothing extra, just the essentials done right.

This program is all about refining fundamentals, tightening up technique, and preparing you mentally and physically for real competition. If you're an amateur stepping into your first fight or a seasoned pro needing fine-tuning, Derek brings a calm, calculated presence that gets results.

What’s included:

• 90 minute private sessions (7:30–9 PM)

• Focused mitt work and footwork drills

• Real-time feedback and adjustments

• Defense, strategy, and timing development

• Pro-level conditioning and fight IQ training
